Keynote Speaker 1

Prof. Guibing Pang

Dalian Polytechnic University, China

Pang Guibing, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, is engaged in research on special precision machining and instrument technology. He has presided over 4 National Natural Science Foundation projects, 18 other vertical projects, and over 20 horizontal projects. He has published more than 100 research papers, with over 40 indexed in major retrieval tools. He has been granted over 40 national patents. He has received 7 important scientific research awards, including the First Prize for Technical Invention from the China National Light Industry Council, the First Prize for Technical Invention from Dalian City, the Second Prize for Science and Technology from the China Instrument and Control Society, and the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from Shandong Province. He has also received 6 important teaching achievement awards, including the First Prize and Second Prize for Teaching Achievements from Liaoning Province. His research achievements have been applied in multiple institutions such as the China Institute of Atomic Energy and the China National Institute of Metrology, achieving significant economic and social benefits. He has been selected as a Distinguished Professor of Liaoning Province, a member of the Hundred-Level Talent Project of Liaoning Province’s Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand Talent Program, and a First-Level Talent Support Plan for Outstanding Talents in Higher Education Institutions of Liaoning Province. He also holds social positions such as Standing Director of the Special Machining Branch of the China Mechanical Engineering Society.

Keynote Speaker 2

Jing Xu is a tenured  professor at Tsinghua University. He was selected into the National Youth Talent Program and mainly engaged in research on intelligent robot and smart manufacturing. He has undertaken dozens of projects such as key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, key projects of National Key Research and Development Program of China, key projects of the Beijing Natural Science Foundation, etc. He has published more than 90 journal papers, including IEEE TRO, IEEE TPAMI, Science Advance, etc. His publication has received over 5,000 citations, including several highly cited paper awards in Web of Science and best conference paper awards at international conferences. He has authorized more than 60 invention patents. He won first prizes for National Teaching Achievement Award for Higher Education (undergraduate), Beijing Education and Teaching Achievement Award, National China Instrument and Control Society Technological Invention Award, Special Award of 18th Beijing Invention and Innovation Competition, Gold Medal at National Exhibition of Inventions. He was selected as one of world top 2% scientists as announced by Stanford University. He also served as Associate editor of Robotica.

Keynote Speaker 3

Prof. Baogang Wen

Dalian Polytechnic University, China

Baogang Wen,Associate Professor, Master SupervisorDean of School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Dalian Polytechnic University.He is awarded the titles of Dalian High-end Talent, Young Scientific and Technological Star and Outstanding Young Talent. He serves as a member of the Rotor Dynamics Committee, Chinese Society for Vibration Engineering. He once held the concurrent post of Deputy Mayor for Science and Technology of Linqing City, Shandong Province. He also acts as Science and Technology Commissioner of Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology and Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Enterprises.His research is focused on digital design and product development of mechanical systems and bearings, as well as advanced testing technologies and equipment. He has presided over 12 provincial and municipal research projects supported by Liaoning Natural Science Foundation, Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, Dalian High-level Talent Program, Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Liaoning Yellow Sea Laboratory and Dalian Key R&D Program. He has undertaken over 40 horizontal cooperation projects with Wafangdian Bearing Group, Norinco 201 Research Institute and AVIC 624 Research Institute. He has published 50 academic papers, 30 indexed by SCI/EI, and obtained 35 authorized invention patents.

He has received 10 scientific and technological awards, including the Second Prize of Dalian Science and Technology Progress Award, the Third Prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress Award, the Second Prize of Shandong Science and Technology Progress Award, and the Excellent Project Award of Golden Bridge Prize by China Technology Market Association.

Keynote Speaker 4

Qiang Tong, Ph.D., postdoctoral researcher, and associate professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering and Automation, Dalian Polytechnic University, serves as a master’s supervisor and is a member of the National Food Processing Machinery Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC551). His research focuses on ultra-high-pressure processing equipment, food colloid 3D printing, and vision-based robotics. He has led four projects, including a subproject of the 14th Five-Year National Key R&D Program, a China Postdoctoral Science Foundation project, and a provincial Ministry of Education fund project, and has managed more than ten industry-sponsored projects. He has published 20 SCI/EI papers as first or corresponding author and holds six authorized invention patents. His awards include the Second Prize of Liaoning Province Science and Technology Progress Award, the Second Prize of China Instrument and Control Society Science and Technology Progress Award, and the Third Prize of the China Invention Association Invention and Entrepreneurship Award.
