Registration Type
- Each participant must complete registration before the conference.
- Author registration is intended for full-paper publication and presentation.
- Presenter registration is intended for abstract submission and presentation only, without publication.
- Listener registration is intended for participants without a presentation or publication.
Registration Tips
- Student registration requires the first author and presenter to be a student and to provide valid student identification.
- Co-authors and accompanying persons must register as listeners to attend the conference.
- Authors and presenters should complete registration according to the announced schedule.
- One regular author registration covers one paper in the conference proceedings.
Visa Information for Conference Participants
Visa requirements depend on nationality, travel purpose, and the immigration policies in effect at the time of travel. Participants should consult the nearest Chinese embassy or consulate and official immigration authorities for current requirements.
If a visa is required, participants are advised to begin the application process well in advance. Passports should remain valid for the period required by the relevant authorities.
IMMCT 2027 cannot guarantee visa approval. Each participant is responsible for completing the appropriate application and providing the required documentation.
